How to: Create a word processing box in PowerPoint presentation.
Solution:
Use the 'Text Tool' on the Drawing toolbar.
1) Make sure the 'Drawing' toolbar is active:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The Toolbars dialog box appears.)
b) Select the 'Drawing' check box.
c) Click 'OK'. (The Drawing toolbar appears with the tool buttons active.)
2) Click 'Text Tool'(with the 'A' on it) on the 'Drawing' toolbar.

3) Position the cursor at the desired insertion point location. (The cursor changes to a down arrow.)
4) Press and hold down the left mouse button. (The cursor changes to a crosshair.)
5) Drag the mouse until a word processing box the desired size is created, and then release the mouse button. (A word processing box appears with a selection box around it.)

6) Type the desired text in the word processing box.
7) Click outside the word processing selection box to deselect it.
